Enlisted's Steam listing does not raise its memory or storage figures between tiers: both the minimum and the recommended column ask for 8 GB of RAM and 49 GB of free space. Only the processor and graphics card move. Steam also lists a separate Linux build, with the same 8 GB and 49 GB figures repeated on both of its own tiers. Specs below are from Enlisted's official Steam listing, read October 16, 2026 (UTC). Not benchmarked.

RAM and storage hold flat across both tiers. CPU and GPU are the only lines that change.

Line Minimum Recommended
OS Windows 10/11 64-bit Windows 10/11 64-bit
Processor Intel Core i3 or better Intel Core i5-10400 or Ryzen 5 3600 and better

The listing carries no SSD or HDD note on either tier. We checked specifically for one, since several other titles in this cluster flag a drive type recommendation; Enlisted's page simply states the 49 GB figure with no additional wording about drive type.

The separate Linux spec line

Steam lists a full Linux build for Enlisted, not just Windows, with its own minimum and recommended rows. The figures repeat the Windows numbers exactly.

Line Linux minimum Linux recommended
OS Linux Linux
Processor Intel Core i3 or better Intel Core i5-10400 or Ryzen 5 3600 and better
Memory 8 GB RAM 8 GB RAM
Graphics Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 or better / AMD Radeon series 78XX or better Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 or better / AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT or better
Storage 49 GB available space 49 GB available space

Source: Enlisted's official Steam listing, read October 16, 2026 (UTC). The Linux rows list no DirectX or network line, which tracks: DirectX is a Windows-specific API and would not apply to a Linux build either way. Steam's platform flags for this listing show Windows and Linux supported; Mac is not (the listing's Mac requirements fields are empty). This is a native SteamOS + Linux build as Steam lists it, not Proton compatibility data, and we did not test it ourselves.

What the numbers imply

Enlisted's flat RAM and storage floor is not the common pattern in this cluster. Against the comparison set in GamiPrime's free PC games system requirements roundup (13 games, read October 4, 2026), four titles list 16 GB of RAM as their minimum outright (NTE: Neverness to Everness, Marvel Rivals, Wuthering Waves, Where Winds Meet), and several others step RAM up between minimum and recommended even when the minimum itself is lower. Enlisted does neither: 8 GB covers both tiers, the same flat pattern Zenless Zone Zero's listing uses. That puts a PC with 8 GB of RAM inside Enlisted's recommended tier, not just its floor, which is a different outcome from games where 8 GB only clears the minimum.

Storage is also flat, and among the lighter floors in this cluster. 49 GB sits below the three biggest listings in the pillar comparison (Wuthering Waves at 150 GB, Where Winds Meet at 130 GB, NTE at 110 GB), below Delta Force (88 GB), and below Marvel Rivals, Arena Breakout: Infinite, War Thunder (70 GB each) and STALZONE (50 GB) too. Of the 13 games in that pillar comparison, only Project Entropy (8 GB), RAID: Shadow Legends (5 GB), Infinity Kingdom (2 GB) and MU: Dark Epoch (800 MB) list a smaller minimum. A zero-gap storage floor, where the minimum and recommended figures are identical, also shows up elsewhere in this cluster: Once Human repeats 100 GB on both tiers, and Zenless Zone Zero repeats 75 GB. Enlisted's version of that same pattern lands at a smaller number than either.

The Linux build changing nothing is itself the finding. Of the titles this cluster's pillar and satellites have checked so far, none has listed a dedicated Linux spec table before Enlisted. Warframe's Steam page states outright that no Mac or Linux client exists, and the pillar's other tracked games do not list a Linux row at all. Enlisted's Linux tiers are not a scaled-down or scaled-up version of the Windows figures; they are identical, down to the same CPU and GPU class names. We have not tested whether the Linux build actually performs the same as the Windows build on matching hardware; this only reports what the store page lists for each platform.

Check your PC first

  1. RAM. Task Manager, Performance, Memory (Windows) or your distribution's system monitor (Linux): 8 GB clears both the minimum and the recommended tier for this game, on either platform Steam lists.
  2. CPU and GPU. Settings, System, About for the processor name; Task Manager, Performance, GPU for the graphics card. Compare against the Intel Core i3 / GTX 660 class at minimum, or the Core i5-10400/Ryzen 5 3600 and GTX 1080 class at recommended. The Linux rows list the same CPU and GPU classes as Windows.
  3. Free storage. Settings, System, Storage (Windows) or your distribution's disk usage tool (Linux): confirm 49 GB free. The figure does not change between tiers or between platforms, so there is no larger number to plan around later.

Bottom line

Enlisted's listed floor does not move much as you go from minimum to recommended: the same 8 GB of RAM and 49 GB of storage cover both columns, and the same two figures repeat again on a separate, fully specified Linux build. Against the rest of this Hardware cluster, that is a lighter and flatter floor than most of the bigger open-world titles list, and the Linux line is the only one of its kind the cluster has checked so far. That is a floor, not a promise. Not benchmarked.

Frequently asked questions

How many GB is Enlisted?

49 GB on both the minimum and the recommended tier, on Windows and on Linux, per the Steam listing re-read November 4, 2026. That is the listed figure, not a measured size on disk.

What are the minimum system requirements for Enlisted on PC?

Steam lists Windows 10/11 64-bit, an Intel Core i3 or better processor, 8 GB of RAM, an Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 or AMD Radeon 78XX-series graphics card, DirectX 11 and 49 GB of available storage, as read October 16, 2026 (UTC).

No. Both the minimum and recommended tiers list 8 GB of RAM. Only the processor and graphics card change between the two columns.

Does Enlisted run on Linux?

Yes, per the Steam listing. Steam publishes a separate Linux minimum and recommended spec table for Enlisted, with the same 8 GB RAM and 49 GB storage figures as the Windows tiers. Mac is not listed as supported.
