1. No fabrication
We never invent tests, benchmarks, play hours, screenshots, quotes or scores. Every figure comes from a dated data file or a named source. If we did not test something, the article says "not hands-on tested" or "not benchmarked" in plain words.
Images captioned "Illustration" are original artwork created for GamiPrime, including with digital tools. They are not official game art and not in-game screenshots.
Images captioned "Fan illustration" are artwork made for GamiPrime that shows a game's name, logo or characters. Those names, logos and characters belong to their publishers; the images are not official art, not endorsed by the publishers, and GamiPrime claims no rights over them.
2. Sources and dates
- Steam data (listings, requirements, player reviews) is read on a stated date, printed on the page.
- Reports are attributed by name and date. A claim a publisher makes about itself is labelled as the publisher's claim.
- If a source disagrees with another, we show both and say we cannot explain the difference.
- Every article ends with its sources and a "last verified" date.
3. What bylines mean
GamiPrime publishes under editorial bylines. A byline sets a consistent voice and a topic for one desk. It is not a statement about a person's private experience, and it is never used to present untested work as tested. See the editorial team page.
4. How an article is made
Each article starts from a brief with a single promise, called its angle. It is written from sources, then audited by a separate check for sources, voice, structure and links, then tuned for search and for answer engines without changing what it says. Comparative statements such as "largest" or "the only one" are tested automatically against the data files before publication.
5. Linking
Short articles link back to their topic's main guide. We do not link between short articles on the same topic, and a main guide links only to other main guides. This keeps each topic's strongest page easy to find.
6. Updates and corrections
- Main guides and data tables are re-verified monthly and show their last check.
- News articles say "as of" a date in the first paragraph.
- If we get something wrong, we correct the page and say what changed. To report an error, use the contact page.
7. Independence and money
Affiliate links or advertising, when present, never change a rating, a ranking or a conclusion. Ratings come from Steam's own data. Links that can earn us money are marked and explained in our affiliate disclosure.
8. What we do not do
- We do not publish rumors or unsourced leaks.
- We do not publish scores of our own that no test supports.
- We do not copy other sites' text. Quotes are short and attributed.
